For the last 25 years I have been helping organizations with their digital transformation efforts, primarily within project-driven organizations in the energy industry. Over those years a lot of technology has changed – but something has remained constant: You need people to enable digital transformation.

I have been coding since I was 11 years old, hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science and a Master of Business Administration focused on Global Energy.

Since 2008 I have served as the President of Omega 365 USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Omega AS, and I manage all of Omega’s business activities in the U.S. In Omega 365 we help companies improve their capital discipline through the usage of information technology and people. I also had the honor of serving on the Board of Directors of Omega 365 Solutions AS for 8 years, which is a leading cloud solution provider in Norway, and the creators of our Project Management software solutions. 

My interests are within Digital Transformation utilizing technology in a way that keeps it simple to use, responsible and beneficial. I enjoy topics like Technology, Project and Portfolio Management, AI, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Cloud Computing, User Experience Design (UX), and Information Security.
